Securing Sponsors Is About Having a Win-Win Mindset

meet roberta vigilance

Event Sponsorship Consultant, Educator, and Author

As the owner of Vigilance Style & Grace, I’ve built my business on innovation, boldness, patience, humility, persistence, and success—values that drive real results for our students and clients, and hold me accountable.

I started as an event planner securing my own sponsors—sometimes working 48 hours straight—with no contacts, no sponsorship knowledge, just a passion for my event and a need for funding. That experience taught me firsthand what it takes to move from uncertainty to success.

My training seminars, workshops, and strategies provide clarity and confidence—not guesswork—for securing sponsors and growing sponsorships.

Our Vision

To support event planners who are passionate about their events secure sponsors.

Our Mission

Educate and advise event planners worldwide to secure sponsors and grow the sponsorship.

Values

Roberta Vigilance top values are win-win mindset and respect.

“Each One, Teach One.” – African-American proverb
“Who Feels It, Knows It.” – African and Caribbean cultures
“Love All. Trust a Few. Do Wrong to No One.” – William Shakespeare
